This retreat was a gift to myself, to learn to love myself at a deeper level. Although I did not know anyone, it was easy to connect with and open to so much culture and history. So many magical moments that I was able to live with people that became really close. You feel safe to open up.
What I witnessed was just how sincere everyone was to be here. Bhaskar and Karima really allowed that safe space for everyone to be themselves, and even let go of themselves for real growth, development and transformation.
It was wonderful to be away from my daily life and rekindle with myself. Thank you!
When I heard about the retreat, it was a spontaneous 'yes!'. I gave in to that feeling and I have absolutely no regrets. It's been richer than I ever thought it could be. It has been a beautiful synergy with yoga, coaching, essentrics. The bonding was very powerful. The setting is wonderful, a nice balance of work with the group and individuals and the activities.
Fabulous retreat all around. Wonderful week, I learnt a lot about myself, about life, I was given the tools, and wonderful learnings with essentrics and yoga.
